Walfave meets the need of the modern and chic gift-giving customer who is constantly on the go and desires unique gifts perfectly gift boxed, on a platform where they can quickly discover diversity of gift ideas. Walfave supports individual or small nonprofit charities looking to increase revenue for their causes that have either made their own unique products or collected them from other reputable sources. Walfave also supports small independent creative designers with their own private creations who may also be looking to increase their reach.
THE CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU AND WALFAVE
THE WALFAVE MARKET SPACE
Walfave market space is a platform where small nonprofit charities and independent not-for-profit sellers can market their own specially curated gift ideas for gift-wrap minded customers. Registered members can sell gift ideas consisting of jewelry & accessories, bags & hats, tees & hoodies, scarves and other small unique products elegantly wrapped for customers’ enjoyment.
Wrapping ALL gifts is part of our terms when selling on our site. Gift ideas must be presented in either a simple chic gold box dressed with gold or lavender satin ribbon; Kraft box dressed with satin lavender ribbon; or lavender box dressed with gold satin ribbon. Personalizing gift ideas is optional, but when utilized, a folding card complimenting the box should be used. Additionally, Walfave operates its own shop within the market space as Walfave Merchandise.
All orders placed on the Walfave website is subject to confirmation of product price, availability and payment. Placing an order on a product means you accept the Terms and Conditions of Use.
The Order Process
When you place an order, you will have an opportunity to review and confirm your order including order total amount, payment method and delivery address. Prior to finalizing your order, you will also be prompted to accept our Terms and Conditions of Use. When we accept your order, we will send you a notice detailing your transaction. Our acceptance completes the contract of sale and becomes binding for both you and us. Realizing that there is risk of loss, we encourage you to choice a delivery method that best protects your merchandise as the liability and responsibility rests on you.
Payments and Billing
When you provide credit card payment details, you warrant that the payment details provided is accurate and that you are an authorized user with the ability to provide further information if necessary. If in doubt for nay reason, we reserve the right to use a third party service to authenticate the credit card and we reserve the right to cancel any order prior to product delivery if we discover inconsistencies, inaccurate details or problems identifying you to the credit card.
How fast will my order Ship?
Walfave.com only ship within the United States of America, referred to (as “domestic”) utilizing the United States Postal Services (USPS). Ordered products will ship based on availability. Items in stock will ship within 1-2 days of order to the 48 contiguous U.S. States and the District of Columbia. Domestic orders received before 2:00 pm across the US, on a business day will be processed the next business day. Weekends and holidays are not included. Shipping and handling charges are assessed on products based on product cost without discounts or promotions. Walfave offers free standard delivery on certain products before taxes and discounts; and will be indicated on the product. Multiple orders cannot be combined. For all other orders, delivery charge will apply.
Can my order be shipped to a PO Box?
We do not ship to PO Boxes. We ship ONLY to physical locations or addresses.
Returns and Exchange
When you purchase any product on Walfave.com, you have a right to cancel an order for a full refund of the total amount paid or you may request an exchange. Hassle free exchanges or returns can be made for unworn or defective products in the original packaging including tags within seven (7) days after you received the product. The seller will not accept any item that is damaged or dirty. If you wish to cancel, request a return authorization by sending an email to the seller as soon as possible in order not to violate the return criteria set forth here. Refund will be made upon seller confirmation of successful product return.
The refund amount you paid including any taxes paid will be credited in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase. It may take up to fifteen business days to process your refund after your seller receives your returned item.
WALFAVE AS A SPACE FOR SELLERS
Our site is meant only for users with the intention to buy and sell certain products according to the Terms and Conditions of Use set forth in this agreement. No aspect of our website should be used or exploited in ways other than how Walfave has offered you to use the site. Walfave as a Market space merely provides the necessary engine that enables sellers to showcase their gift ideas for the sole purpose of making a sale. Though, Walfave monitors the offerings of sellers, we do not become the binding contractor between the seller and the buyer. This means that the agreement between a seller of a particular shop and a buyer is solely between them, and Walfave cannot guarantee products, services or transfer legal ownership of products from seller to buyer.
Walfave does not investigate sellers’ information and therefore cannot ensure that sellers will complete transactions. We do not know the true identity of users and encourage all buyers to communicate directly with sellers to ascertain the viability and availability of a product.
The Walfave site is configured for you to access without you circumventing or disabling any content and or information. By acquiring content, services and using the site in any way represents and warrants that your access and use of the site will comply with these requirements. You also agree to use the Walfave Market space at your own risk, as Walfave is not responsible or liable for sellers image, information, profile, content, graphics, photography and others.
Walfave does not support illegal or stolen product just as we do not support drop shipment of sellers’ products. Seller must legally own all products listed on our Website and seller agrees to send products to buyers directly. A seller has the responsibility of adhering to our Terms and Conditions of Use. If a seller operates contrary to these terms, seller will be removed from participating on the Walfave market space without warning or notice.
At each given time, Walfave will approve one account per active seller to be used only be the seller account holder. All accounts are not transferable for any reason. Walfave reserves the right to refuse or reject any seller application or terminate an existing account without notice if we find any wrongdoing.
How does Shipping impact Sales?
Keep shipping cost in mind when pricing your products? Research shows that shoppers seriously considered shipping cost as extra when shopping online. Shipping cost sometime impact whether or not they buy from you or someone. We recommend you consider shipping profiles that will attract buyers. For example, you may consider offering “free shipping” for certain products.
Combine shipping is also another offer you can use to entice buyers. This can make a difference when buyers buy more items totaling a particular amount as they can see the savings in their shopping basket.
As a member, you have a right to cancel your membership anytime. Self-cancellation includes deletion of passwords and all items on Wish list, or removal of your contents on your shop. For sellers though, you must fulfill and satisfy any outstanding orders, if applicable. Failure to do so will result in a breach to this Terms and Condition of Use. If Walfave owes you any outstanding balances, we will be obligated to send payment to you two weeks after we receive you cancellation notice. On the other hand, Walfave Market space at its sole discretion terminate inactive or unverifiable accounts.
Right to refusal of service
We do not claim ownership to your content. Rather we allow you to communicate, submit, upload, images, video, texts or other content that may be viewed or assessed by consumers. You may not upload or submit any material that is obscene, pornographic in nature, vulgar, violent or illegally gotten goods. You represent and warrant that all your content conforms to these Terms and Conditions of Use and that you own or have the necessary rights and permission to your content.
LISTING AND SELLING
Listing an item on the Walfave Market space constitutes your agreement and acceptance of our Terms and Conditions of Use and Private Policies. You also warrant that all items listed are made by you or legally obtained and that you have the right to sell those products. Listing your products include uploading images that best describe your products and you warrant NOT to upload images from other websites that does not belong to you. You will be obligated to indicate the quantity (“in stock”) for each individual product that has no resemblance to other products. You warrant not to mislead buyers in your product description and indicate flaws if any. You also warrant to list products once and in the right category.
A seller is responsible for completing all sales with buyers and must complete sales in seven days unless otherwise arranged with buyers in the case of special hand made products, which must also be mentioned, in the original offering. Once you receive an email notifying you that a purchase has been made, you are responsible for fulfilling the order unless you receive a notification sating that buyer did not fulfill payment obligation.
Member Obligations to Ensure Good Functioning Market space
-Members are responsible for not misleading or portray false information
-Members must not modify or hack into the Walfave Market space in order to falsify information
-Seller must in good faith be able to supply products as described in sellers shop. Seller must not list any item that could cause potentially cause Walfave Market space to violate any applicable laws, ordinance, statutes or the Terms and Conditions of Use.
FEES AND SERVICES
Registering on Walfave Market space and listing products are free, as do many of the services we offer. We only charge nominal fee for such features as payment processing, discounted shipping, marketing, etc. only when a seller sells a product. Walfave.com reserves the sole right at its discretion to change features and fees at any time. When changes occur, Walfave Market space will post the changes on the website at least 30 days in advance of the effective date of such change. Once an item is sold, a transaction fee will be incurred.
DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION ON LIABULITY
Walfave.com or Tenexx and its subsidiaries will not be responsible or liable to you for direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive or any consequential damages whatsoever including your inability to sell product, lost of profits and loss of property resulting from any errors, mistakes, inaccurate content; damage of property resulting from access to and from website, interruption of transmission to and from website; viruses or bugs of any kind which may be transmitted to or from our website, links or by other third party; errors and omission of content in all content or any loss or damage to content as a result of emailed material or content on our website or transmitted via our website.
